Digital Engineering & Transformation Lead

About the Role : We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to head the Digital Technology Delivery team at our India Global Capability Center (GCC). This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic digital solutions across platforms, driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and partnering with business and global technology teams to execute digital transformation initiatives. Individual should be owning digital delivery and been in engineering digitally focused roles for a minimum of 5 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cybersecurity. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. In addition, they should be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale technology projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
