As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer to help shape our brand, create engaging visual content and strengthen our digital presence. Your Mission You'll combine creative design with digital marketing, helping build a strong and consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. From designing websites and marketing materials to supporting campaigns and improving user experience, you'll play a key role in how K Charles is seen by customers and partners. What You'll Do Design modern websites, landing pages and marketing materials. Create intuitive user experiences and website designs using Figma and WordPress. Build, update and optimise company websites. Create engaging graphics and content for social media. Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns. Improve website UX/UI, SEO, responsiveness and performance. Use AI tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline channels. Work closely with different teams to bring ideas to life. ✅ Own projects from concept to launch, delivering high-quality work on time. ✅ What We're Looking For Essential At least 1 year of experience in graphic and web design. Strong experience with Figma and WordPress. Good understanding of UX/UI, responsive design and website optimisation. Portfolio showcasing your design work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, independent mindset. Great communication and teamwork skills. Commercial mindset—you understand that good design supports business growth. Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice to Have Experience using AI tools for design or content creation. Basic SEO knowledge. Video editing or motion design skills. Experience supporting social media or digital marketing campaigns. Experience working in an international or fast-growing company.
