Digital Designer for Sport Content (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team!

We develop and operate innovative products in the sports betting sector. Our goal is to provide our customers with an intuitive, transparent, and successful user experience. To achieve this, we need a strong visual representation and good design.

To strengthen our design team, we are looking for a Digital Designer for Sport Content (w/m/d). Whether you want to start as a work student, part-time or full-time, we are open to different models and will find the best fit together.

Aufgaben

Your daily business is designing our online advertising:

• You develop and create ad banners, newsletter graphics, and social media assets with sports themes. Freestyle editing, editing, and composing images is one of your easiest exercises and makes you happy.
• Besides planned content, there may be spontaneous requests with little requirements depending on the sport event, campaign, or marketing action. Then your creativity, a good eye, and fast implementation are required.
• You will have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas and actively shape designs. We look forward to new impulses and when you further develop our existing formats.
• You may also support content or templates in the Employer Branding area for agido and participate in developing our career site.

Qualifikation

This is what you should bring:

• A background as a media designer, design student, or self-taught skills: Your background is less important to us than what you have design-wise. Therefore, we are particularly looking forward to meaningful work samples or a portfolio, which gives us an impression of your style, your sense of design, and your previous projects.

You should also bring:

• good knowledge of Photoshop or a comparable image editing program
• a good eye for visual language, layout, colors, and digital formats
• KI-Kompetenz, for example, when formulating good prompts for fast image generation
• Very good German skills for communication in the team
• It would be great if you are interested in one or more sport disciplines. You don't have to actively participate in them.
