Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer for a global investment organization. The company is intensively developing modern digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence-based solutions. The project includes the development and maintenance of a global web platform supporting the marketing and communication activities of an international organization. The person hired for the position of Digital Designer will be responsible for translating the design vision into scalable, ready-to-implement digital components. They will closely cooperate with development teams, ensuring the visual consistency of products, managing component variants, and mirroring the design assumptions prepared by the client's design partners. Hybrid work mode: presence in the Warsaw office at least 2 times per week. Tasks: Designing and developing components, their variants, and responsive behaviors. Maintaining and developing the design system and its documentation. Cooperating with design partners to ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity. Supporting development teams during project implementation. Ensuring the quality and consistency of interfaces across different devices and browsers. Utilizing AI tools to improve design processes and automate work. Expectations: Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Design Systems. Good knowledge of component design and the principles of creating and maintaining design systems. Practical experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Ability to effectively cooperate with development teams and translate designs into technical solutions. Knowledge of responsive design principles and digital accessibility. Experience in using AI tools that support the design process and work automation. Very good knowledge of the English language.
