We are looking for a Digital Design Lead - Water who is passionate about creating innovative and effective designs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. If you have a strong background in digital design, water resources and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you. As the Digital Design Lead - Water, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective designs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. This includes: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with WSP's overall business objectives; • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams; • Providing technical guidance and support to junior designers; • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies and best practices. To be successful in this role, you will need: • A degree in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, urban planning or design; • At least 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in the water resources sector; • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and community consultation principles; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
