Digital Demand Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather ideas, projects, and business needs as a prelude to implementing programs or digital portfolios;

• Serve as the link between business and technical teams for implementation, with the responsibility of defining/actualizing digital project maps and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives and generate the best value for the company;

• Facilitate prioritization and planning of ideas, projects, and business needs received based on cost-benefit reports and team capacity planning;

• Monitor the implementation of ideas, projects, and business needs planned in a demand cycle and report the complete status of the entire process of managing requests;

• Evaluate post-implementation added value compared to implementation costs;

• Identify opportunities for optimizing the Demand Digital process and propose solutions in this regard.

• Minimum 3 years of experience using tools for project management and efficient team capacity planning;

• Project management methodologies

• Nice-to-have SQL knowledge

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence tool usage

• Analytical and documentation capabilities

• Planning and organizational capabilities

• Communication, teamwork, negotiation, persuasion capabilities

• Proactivity, desire for learning and professional growth

• University studies in the field of economics/energy/management/administrative/IT.
