We are looking for a Digital Customer Experience & Operations Manager (m/w/d) to further develop our success story as of now.

In this position, you will act as the central link between customer, IT, and logistics. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, questions the status quo, and actively improves processes.

Aufgaben

• Prozess-Gestaltung & Automatisierung: You analyze routine processes like shipment status or transport damage with the goal of intelligently automating these together with our IT. This way, you create free spaces for value-adding activities.
• Exzellente Kundenberatung: You use your time for high-quality, written consulting. You enthuse our customers across Europe with well-founded recommendations on wine and enjoyment as well as precise answers.
• Interdisziplinäre Schnittstelle: You act as a translator between the worlds. You provide valuable insights into customer trends to marketing and document technical requirements precisely for our developer team.
• Operative Lösungskompetenz: You keep an overview of daily business. When logistical challenges arise, you proactively take action and clarify matters directly with partners to achieve the best possible result for the customer.
• Wissensmanagement: You maintain and expand our information areas (FAQ) in a forward-looking manner, so that our customers have top-notch self-help options available 24/7.
• Perspektive Teamaufbau: When suitable and engaged, you will take on more responsibility step by step, form structures, and build your own team in customer service.
