Digital Coordinator

Job description

The Digital Coordinator will play a key support role within Dermalogica South Africa’s Digital Hub, working across ecommerce operations, digital content, customer service, and light development tasks. This junior role will ensure seamless day-to-day execution by handling website updates, retailer content checks, and first-line customer queries, while also assisting with technical troubleshooting, minor front-end updates, and QA testing. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactively seeking opportunities to learn and grow, and possessing excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the Digital Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
