We are looking for a versatile creative head who masters the areas of graphic design, idea generation, and user guidance.

The hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH develops software solutions for accounting, tax professionals, law firms, and companies. Additionally, we rent office and meeting rooms under our brand panoworks to coworking space users, solo entrepreneurs, and companies. To reach potential and current customers, our marketing team uses LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.

Exactly here, we are looking for reinforcement by a creative head who can handle the areas of graphic design, idea generation, and user guidance.

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Graphic Design and Idea Generation: You create and style advertising materials, digital magazines, graphics, etc.
• Social Media: You post contributions (posts, stories, shorts, etc.) created by the team on LinkedIn and YouTube. Additionally, you keep an eye on comments together with your team.
• UX/UI: You develop UX/UI concepts based on product ideas independently and align them closely with the Product Owner before it goes into development.

Qualification

Requirements:

• Professional Design Level: You are able to create high-quality, clean designs and graphics.
• Social Media Experience: You are actively using social media platforms yourself and know how posts, videos/shorts, livestreams, and comments work in principle.
• Interest in New Technologies: You have no fear of new apps, AI services, and platforms and stay up-to-date.
• Reliability: You work carefully, keep your tasks on the radar, and seek help when you need it.
• Presence: You are present at our location every day and approach your colleagues openly.
