Digital Consultant (w/m/d)

The Business Technology Labs Münster are a young research-oriented consulting and transfer laboratory at the interface between management, SMEs, and applied AI. We support medium-sized companies in rethinking their work processes.

Tasks

As Consultant, you design AI-supported processes for medium-sized companies. You analyze workflows, identify use cases, and translate them into solutions. Optionally, you can deepen your projects scientifically and pursue a financially supported Master's degree or a Doctorate. And also gladly lecture.

Qualification

• Learning readiness before perfection: You don't have to be a digitalization expert – what matters is that you're eager to get involved and take responsibility.
• Academic background: Completed or soon-to-be completed studies – the field of study is open, your interest in digitalization counts.
• Mindset & Skills: Enthusiasm for AI, digitalization, and Microsoft 365, a structured and analytical working style, as well as the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible way.
• Tech basis (nice to have): First experiences with Power Platform, Power BI or Copilot are helpful but not necessary.
