Digital Consultant (m/w/d)

As a Digital Consultant (m/w/d), you shape the Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis in our customer projects. You are the central interface between business and tech teams.

Aufgaben

You identify genuine needs, structure complex requirements, and ensure that they are successfully implemented into products. Using your experience with agile methods and your ability to make complex topics understandable, you will:

• Business-Domain-Analyse: You dive deep into complex domain areas, identify genuine needs, and structure requirements so that they are understandable for everyone.
• Anforderungsmanagement: You critically question requirements, formulate them in Epics and User Stories, and ensure that they are implemented in the overall product.
• Workshops & Kollaboration: You lead workshops and discovery sessions to co-create solutions with stakeholders.
• Produktvision & Umsetzung: You support prioritization, recognize dependencies, and accompany development until go-live.
• Agile Delivery: You ensure that processes and ceremonies are followed in the team and support grooming and refinement sessions.

Qualifikation

We are looking for individuals with a proactive, open-minded approach and a passion for digital products. Ideally, you bring the following experience:

• Multiple years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis, ideally in an IT consulting environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Communication skills, moderation experience, and the ability to present complex topics in a clear manner.
• Basic knowledge of visualizing requirements (e.g., process diagrams, simple wireframes) is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).
