Digital Communication Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. Forum Apulum, with 8 years of experience in civic education and journalism projects for young people, offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a more conscious generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the organization's digital communication strategy.
• Content management on websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Writing newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.
• Campaign coordination for the organization and its projects.
• Documenting and communicating the impact of our activities in the community.
• Collaboration with project teams to align strategic communication.
• Working with designers and external agencies on communication materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit or educational sector.
• Excellent storytelling skills and ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience with content planning and multimedia production (photo, video, graphics).
• Solid knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analysis tools.
• Advanced level of English language skills (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with flexibility for occasional travel.
