What you will do:

• Support client engagements by assisting in the analysis of digital optimization and transformation opportunities
• Apply structured, analytical thinking to help reframe business challenges and develop hypotheses
• Help gather, consolidate, and document requirements, contributing to product development prioritization
• Work with data and analytics tools to surface insights that inform strategic recommendations
• Contribute to building client-ready presentations and recommendations under guidance
• Collaborate across teams to explore the intersection of digital technology and business
• Communicate ideas clearly and creatively — both in writing and in presentations

Requirements

What we expect:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field (internships and working student roles count!)
• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, you embrace a growth mindset
• Ambition to think beyond the obvious and take initiative
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Solid analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in both German and English
