Digital Business Analyst, AI Tools (1 year contract)

We are looking for a digital BA to work alongside a PM/PMO and Tech Lead, owning the translation of partner and product requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering. The BA should be open to adopting AI tools that are reshaping how BA work gets done — using them to accelerate delivery without compromising quality. Responsibilities: Engage with Product Owners, partners and internal stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements Translate partner and product requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering. Collaborate with the PM/PMO and Tech Lead to ensure alignment of BA deliverables with overall project goals. Utilize AI tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its operations. Identify and prioritize key business processes that can be improved through process automation or AI-driven insights. Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine requirements, ensuring that they are clear, actionable and aligned with overall project goals. Ensure that all BA deliverables meet the required quality standards. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology landscape and its applications in the business. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions that leverage AI tools and automation. Collaborate with the PM/PMO to develop and refine project plans, ensuring that they are realistic, achievable and aligned with overall project goals.
