You will actively shape the digital experience of our IONOS shop – from creative idea to final implementation. You think not only visually but also analytically. Your concepts are based on data, user needs, and clear conversion goals. You combine conceptual thinking with a strong eye for design and ensure a modern, user-centered, and performant appearance. In our agile, interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with product owners, development, and data – with one goal: to continuously improve the visual quality, usability, and conversion of our digital touchpoints.

Aufgabenbereich

• Designing new landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.
• Regularly designing new ideas for shop optimization
• Taking over end-to-end responsibility for product areas of our online shops and/or for a brand of the IONOS group, together with functionally overlapping experts
• Closely working with cross-functional teams and aligning with relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
• Designing and optimizing UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for our international shop areas
• You bring visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals into harmony.
• Supporting the development of our group-wide design system
• You think with it, bring in new ideas, and test even moonshots.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design
• A strong sense for layout, visual hierarchy, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics.
• Experience with design and motion tools like Figma or similar programs.
• Interest and experience in using AI tools in the design or content process
• Independent, structured working style, high quality standards, and implementation strength.
• Pleasure in cross-functional collaboration and an open mindset.
• Experience in creative project management and team leadership.
• You understand how to translate complex requirements from UX, business, and technology into clear, consistent visual concepts and layouts
