Digital and IT Controls Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the complete project cycle of digitalization, including automation of processes, AI, Business Intelligence (BI) and CRM, from requirement gathering with business stakeholders, alignment between stakeholders, realization of validation and tests, user training, support and engagement of tools;
• Control Management: Manage the budget and expenses of the area, providing reports to management;
• Servicel Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Monitor customer satisfaction levels, SLAs for IT calls (applications and infrastructure), providing reports to managers and directors on incident response and requests;
• Data Analysis: Deepen data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and generate insights that support decision-making;
• Negotiation and Alignment: Act as a facilitator between the IT area and business areas, negotiating scopes, priorities, and project timelines;
• Influence and Improvement: Propose and defend process improvements and adoption of new technologies, positively influencing company culture.

Tech Profile:

• Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Experience with strategic digital projects from start to finish, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, validation, testing, training, and support until go-live;
• Experience with Data Analytics, including data analysis, modeling, interpretation, and insight generation for strategic decisions;
• Prior experience with system and application management, including CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), BI (ClickSense, PowerBI), APIs, and Cloud (differential);
• Ability to negotiate and align between areas, including interface between IT, suppliers, and business areas for project prioritization and scope;
• Experience in managing IT controls is a differential, including expense administration, budgeting, and reporting to directors and managers;
• Agility in dynamic and high-complexity environments, including autonomy, proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to influence strategic decisions.
