Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, planning ahead and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
- Lead and manage digital accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, UX, strategy, marketing, and technical areas.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong senior-level relationships.
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
- Proven expertise in managing digital accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of DXP/CMS websites, product development, and digital marketing.
- Track record of delivering client growth and retention.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial acumen.
