We are looking for a: Digital Account Director Ogilvy One is looking for a seasoned digital Account Director based in Johannesburg. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of account managers, account coordinators, and other support staff to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that align with the company's overall strategy; Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and stakeholder engagement; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions; Identifying opportunities for new business and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and pitches. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry; Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
