- Operating diggers on geotechnical and civil works
- Supporting specialist crews on foundations and ground improvement
- Working safely around heavy plant and drill rigs
- Following levels, plans and supervisor direction
- Keeping the site tidy, safe and humming
- Proven digger operating experience
- WTR endorsements
- Strong safety mindset
