What the mahi looks like:

Operating diggers on geotechnical and civil works
Supporting specialist crews on foundations and ground improvement
Working safely around heavy plant and drill rigs
Following levels, plans and supervisor direction
Keeping the site tidy, safe and humming

What you bring:

Proven digger operating experience
WTR endorsements
Strong safety mindset
Reliability that your old boss still wishes they had
NZ working rights
