Overview of the position

We are looking for a Dietista Quality Assurance Auditor to join the Schools Team. The person will be responsible for developing special diets and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the School Area Manager, the figure will be in charge of:

- Preparing customized menus taking into account any allergies or food intolerances.
- Developing, verifying, and evaluating nutritional plans.
- Ensuring correct application of HACCP procedures and management of the company's internal control plan.
- Monitoring food quality through visual inspections, product checks, and label checks.
- Conducting internal audits at assigned facilities, reporting directly to the Area Manager. Verify compliance with safety regulations (D. Lgs 81/08), paying attention to risk assessment, health surveillance, and employee training, in coordination with the RSPP.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
- Professional qualification as a dietitian or biologist/nutritionist.
- Previous experience in similar roles at modernly structured companies belonging to the sector.
- Driving license (Patente B).
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
