ASPMAD, IS: - 9 CMS - More than collaborators - More than 5000 assisted people each year - A presence in 105 municipalities Dietitian %FOR OUR CMS, WE ARE RECRUITING A: DIETITIAN with a fixed-term contract of 9 months YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Devise and implement appropriate nutritional counseling services, in collaboration with the referring caregiver, to meet the specific needs of individuals and to share: - Ensure a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating communication between different stakeholders. - Meal quality: Supervise meals for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered at home, and carry out rigorous monitoring. - Cost management: Evaluate the costs associated with specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account supplementary benefits for interested clients. PROFILE In possession of a Swiss dietetics school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by at least two years of experience in this field. A clear interest in the elderly and home care, the ability to work independently while operating in a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and rigor are some of your qualities.
