About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced diesel motor mechanic to carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of diesel engines, transmissions, and other related components in heavy vehicles. Key Responsibilities Include: Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on diesel engines and associated systems; Carrying out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations; Repairing and replacing faulty or worn-out components including fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems; Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective job completion; Maintaining accurate records of work completed and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. Requirements: 3+ years' experience in diesel motor mechanics; Strong understanding of diesel engine principles and operation; Ability to lift up to 25kg and work at heights; Current RTO (Registered Training Organisation) certification or willingness to obtain; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
