Heavy Diesel Fitter – Workshop + Site
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Plant Mechanic / Heavy Diesel Fitter with strong hydraulic, auto-electrical and servicing experience, ideally with a background in crane repair and maintenance.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Plant Mechanic / Heavy Diesel Fitter with strong hydraulic, auto-electrical and servicing experience, ideally with a background in crane repair and maintenance.
About the Role:
- Service, diagnose and repair heavy plant & equipment
- Work on cranes, piling rigs, excavators, concrete pumps and support gear
- Hydraulic and auto-electrical troubleshooting
- General servicing, preventative maintenance & oil sampling
- Housekeeping and safe work practices are a must
- Majority workshop-based with some site work when required
- Trade qualification – Heavy Diesel Fitter (or similar)
- Strong hydraulic & electrical fault-finding experience
- Crane repair/servicing experience highly regarded
- Extra licences such as Dogging, EWP, Forklift, Crane or Rigger tickets are a big bonus
- Manual driver’s licence required
