This is what you can expect from your studies & at the company

The dual study program combines business knowledge with modern topics from marketing, sales, and media**.** You will alternate regularly between theory at DHBW and practice at our company. 6 semesters of alternating theory & practice at ML Metall Concept in cooperation with Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Stuttgart.

Tasks

• Participation in the sales department and customer management
• Support for offer and order processes
• Contribution to marketing (website, social media, external representation)
• Development of communication and sales strategies
• Insights into digital processes and customer communication
• Analysis of markets, customer needs, and sales key figures

Qualification

• General or specialized high school diploma
• Interest in business, sales, and marketing
• Affinity to digital media and communication
• Good German language skills, ideally also English
• Teamwork ability, initiative, and organizational talent
• Communication strength and a confident demeanor
