In the Relief Team, we coordinate the visiting service, childcare at home, and the relief service, and are looking for a dedicated personality starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Service Coordinator Team Relief 50%

• Create situation analyses and plan assignments – from inquiry to the placement of volunteers and caregivers in all service areas

• Contact person for customers, volunteers, and caregivers for questions regarding assignments

• Support for volunteers and contribution to ensuring the volunteer pool

• Service recording in the CRM system (Salesforce) including tariff classifications, statistics, invoicing, and expense/salary payments

• General administration: correspondence, customer and progress documentation

• Participation in quality assurance and further development of services

• Support in organizing further training, exchange meetings, and events

• Participation in trade fairs, stand promotions, and internal events
  

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification with a proven connection to the field of childcare, caregiving, or nursing

• Experience in coordination or administrative tasks, ideally in the social or non-profit sector

• Very good MS Office skills (Microsoft 365), CRM experience (Salesforce) is an advantage

• Empathetic approach to diverse people – customers, volunteers, and caregivers

• Structured, reliable working method with a high awareness of quality

• Team player and solution-oriented personality with a humorous and appreciative demeanor

• Identification with the values of the Swiss Red Cross Canton of Lucerne
