Draftsman Design Projects and Construction

At Palacio de Hierro, we are looking for professionals from retail companies, architecture firms, construction companies, or companies with commercial projects, who have experience in site surveys, updating plans, and analyzing information for architectural projects.

Objective of the position

The individual will be responsible for updating architectural plans and the square footage information of the stores. Additionally, they will manage the relationship with the vendor responsible for site surveys and follow up on updates on-site.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit stores to conduct physical site surveys.
• Update architectural plans.
• Identify changes in brands and spaces within the stores.
• Record the information and subsequently transfer it to the plans from the office.
• Update generic spaces (Home, Footwear, Gourmet, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (essential).
• Experience in conducting architectural site surveys, updating plans, or project development.
• Availability to travel constantly nationwide.
• Enjoy working both in the field and in the office (50% / 50%).

Technical Knowledge

Essential Requirements

• AutoCAD (advanced level).
• Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or similar).
• Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and data analysis).

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge in BIM methodologies.
• Experience in retail projects, renovations, or commercial spaces.
