Dietitian (m/f/d) The Tauernklinikum is THE regional healthcare provider in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park region. First mentioned in 1573, we have been committed to our patients in Pinzgau every day for 450 years.

At Tauernkliniken, we work at a high medical level. A variety of competencies interlock here – Medicine, Nursing, Therapy, Administration. Together, we accompany over 23,000 people annually during their inpatient stay in Zell am See and Mittersill. The two locations comprise a total of eight first-class medical departments - Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, Orthopedics and Traumatology, General Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Ear, Nose, and Throat Medicine as a specialist focus. Furthermore, Tauernkliniken GmbH acts as a teaching hospital for almost all Austrian medical universities.

What awaits you:

• Nutritional medicine consultations for patients
• Creation and monitoring of individual nutrition therapies
• Nutrition management (planning, guidance, and supervision of the preparation of special diets)
• Training of employees (kitchen, nursing, etc.)
• Mandatory participation in ongoing, hospital-relevant further training
• Close collaboration with physicians and nursing staff

What you bring:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree program at a University of Applied Sciences according to FHStG BGBI. 340/1993 and/or
• Diploma from an Academy for the Advanced Medical Technical Services according to MTD - Law BGBI. 460/1992 for Dietitians
• Ideally, professional experience
• Registration in the Austrian Health Professions Register upon commencement of employment
• Specialized training desirable (obesity surgery, diabetes counseling, etc.)
• Very good German language skills
• Strong team spirit
• Communication skills and high social competence
• Independent and self-reliant way of working

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Salzburg Municipal Contract Employees Act, remuneration scheme I; classification will be based on credited previous service periods. It is not mandatory to state a minimum salary for these job offers, as the legal provisions for salary disclosure for municipal contract employees do not apply in an analogous manner.
