Do you want to learn how fitness and nutrition counseling is done correctly, be part of an experienced team, and speak with new clients daily yourself?

My name is Jan Bahmann and I founded Bahmann Coaching 4 years ago. We are the leading provider of weight loss coaching in Germany and are located in Hanover with our 40-person team.

As we are growing, we are looking for support in fitness and nutrition counseling. We will train you, teach you what a good counselor needs to know, and provide you with all our proven processes.

What does the job look like specifically, and what do you need to bring to be successful with us?

Tasks:

• Client Contact: You always keep an overview of your clients and help them at any time.
• Knowledge Transfer: You share your know-how and help our clients further develop their skills.
• Clear Goals: You encourage our clients to set goals and achieve them.
• Data Tracking: You keep an eye on the progress and successes of our clients and help them stay on track.
• Team Player: You pass on open questions to the relevant colleagues so that our clients receive the best possible support.

Salary: 36,000 Euros Gross Annual Salary.

Job Requirements

Previous Experience: You have already gained initial professional experience and have no difficulty helping your clients from your desk.

• Level: Entry-level or already experienced
• Education/Studies: You have successfully completed training as a dietary assistant (m/f/d), nutrition counselor, or nutritionist, but a career change is also possible if you are interested in sports and healthy eating.
• Knowledge: You know how to support other people in sports and nutrition topics and how to convey honest feedback well.
• Languages: German at native speaker level
