My name is Jan Bahmann and I founded Bahmann Coaching 4 years ago. We are the leading provider for weight loss coaching in Germany and sit with our 40-member team in Hannover.

As we grow, we are looking for support in fitness and nutrition counseling. We will train you, teach you what a good counselor should know, and give you all our proven processes to work with.

How does the job look like in detail, and what do you need to bring to be successful here?

Duties:

• Customer Contact: You always keep an overview of your customers and help them anytime.
• Knowledge Transfer: You share your expertise and help our clients develop their skills further.
• You encourage our clients to set goals and achieve them.
• Data Tracking: You keep track of the progress and successes of our clients and help them stay on course.
• Team Player: You forward open questions to the corresponding colleagues, so that our clients receive the best possible support.

Salary: 36,000,- Euro gross annual salary.
Further development and promotion opportunities are available in the next few years.

Job Requirements

Prior Stations: You have already gained some professional experience and have no problems helping your customers from behind a desk.

• Level: Entry-level or experienced
• Educational Background: You have successfully completed an education as a diet assistant, nutrition counselor, or nutrition scientist, or you are interested in sports and healthy nutrition and willing to learn.
• Knowledge: You know how to support other people in sports and nutrition topics and how to convey honest feedback well.
• Languages: German at a native speaker level
