Diagnostik Specialist | Talent Acquisition (m/w/x)
Job description
- You take on the role as first point of contact for internal and external Assessment Centers (Hearings) with enthusiasm and advise recruiters and management staff on selecting suitable candidates.
- The responsibility for the entire diagnostic selection process, from scheduling to feedback conversations, lies in your expertise.
- You develop tailored tasks such as role-playing exercises or business cases in close coordination with departments and recruiting.
- After-processing is also part of your exciting task area: You manage evaluation forms, create candidate reports, and moderate assessor conferences.
- In addition, you advise on further testing procedures and support their interpretation.
