Diabetes Nutrition Specialist

Position Summary: The Diabetes Nutrition Specialist, Bilingual role will provide best in class clinically focused customer education and support via phone to assist in all points of the customer journey, to include onboarding, troubleshooting, and retaining customers on the Omnipod portfolio of products for both patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Responsibilities: Answer incoming/outbound clinically related customer questions via phone in an empathetic manner. Support all Omnipod portfolio products, including OmniPod System, OmniPod Pumper, and OmniPod View. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Omnipod portfolio of products, as well as diabetes management best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required. 2+ years of experience in nutrition counseling, patient education, or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
