Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing innovative production technologies and processes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production workflows; • Conducting experiments and analyzing data to improve process efficiency; • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities for improvement; • Maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of work, including documentation and reporting. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field; • 2-3 years of experience in production technology, process optimization, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is an advantage.
