- Interdisciplinary, goal-oriented, and independent work
- Implementation of the nursing process and documentation within legal requirements
- Professional nursing and care of patients according to current nursing science standards
- Support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- A diploma in general health and nursing care
- A valid registration in the professional register for health professions
- Driver's license (Class B), driving experience, and a car
- Reliability, motivation, and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Organizational and communication skills
- Regularly completed further training according to GuKG
- Interest in professional practice where the patient is the focus
- No overtime/No last-minute call-ins
- Interesting and varied assignments in different facilities, with the option of a fixed location if desired
- Absolute Work-Life Balance…. ANYTHING is possible! Occasional, part-time or full-time employment
- An individual and fixed work schedule every month upon request
- Permanent contact person for work schedule/vacation/wishes/suggestions
- Annual further training
- Annual consumption of vacation without internal coordination with colleagues
- Option of a takeover with one of our clients, if desired
- A monthly salary for graduate nurses and healthcare professionals of € 3,900 gross (on a full-time basis according to KV SWÖ with 9 VDJ, excluding variable allowances and EEZG)
