• Admission activities
• Informing prospective donors about the plasmapheresis process
• Caring for our donors before, during, and after plasma donation
• Performing venipuncture in compliance with hygiene guidelines
• Perfect implementation of our hygiene and documentation standards
• Documentation of the donation process
• Preparation of sample tubes, storage, and freezing of plasma
• Working with the blood count analyzer
• Activities in the plasma deep-freeze cell area

• Training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d)
• Enjoyment of working in healthcare and interacting with people
• Positive and warm demeanor
• Strong social skills and hands-on mentality
• High commitment to independent and responsible work
• Discretion in handling donor data
• Excellent communication skills, excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills
• Further foreign languages are an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
