DevSecOps Product Manager

This Product Manager role is focused on delivering impactful internal DevSecOps capabilities as both a product and a set of capabilities. The role is designed to emphasize user-centricity, adoption, and value delivery, which are core to product management. Key Responsibilities: Scope the product and define the product vision. Formalize the problem to solve, existing processes, and use case business objectives. Break down business issues into micro-issues. Research and document the end-users' concerns, needs, and pain points. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends. Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy DevSecOps capabilities. Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful adoption and value delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, product owners, and technical teams. Provide regular updates and insights on DevSecOps capabilities and their impact on business outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. Ensure that all DevSecOps capabilities are properly documented, maintained, and updated as needed. Develop and manage budgets for DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to the organization on DevSecOps best practices, trends, and innovations. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools. Experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and stakeholder groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is a plus. Certification in DevSecOps or related fields is desirable.
