DevSecOps Engineer Long-Term Contract, Remote

Role Overview You will serve as the bridge between development, operations, and security, building, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure & pipelines that comply with NATO / BQA security standards. You will lead security automation, enforce compliance, and partner with architects and engineers to embed security deeply in all systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure Integrate security controls, scans, and audits into build and deployment processes Ensure compliance with NATO/BQA security standards Collaborate with development teams to integrate security requirements into software development life cycles Develop and maintain documentation for security procedures and best practices Partner with architects and engineers to design and implement secure systems Key Requirements Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure Familiarity with NATO/BQA security standards and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps, security automation, or related field
