What we are looking for

We are a rapidly growing, innovative Italian startup and we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer specializing in AI who wants to contribute to building secure, automated, and scalable infrastructures to support solutions based on Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Main Responsibilities

• Integrate DevSecOps practices and tools within CI/CD and MLOps pipelines
• Design and automate security controls throughout the entire lifecycle of AI applications
• Implement vulnerability scanning, secret management, and policy enforcement processes
• Ensure security hardening of cloud infrastructures, containers, and orchestration environments
• Monitor AI systems in production through logging, alerting, anomaly detection, and incident response tools
• Collaborate with ML Engineering teams to ensure secure end-to-end training and inference pipelines
• Define security standards and best practices for AI infrastructures and applications
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, adopting a preventive approach to risk management

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps applied to AI/MLOps contexts
• Experience in integrating security tools within CI/CD pipelines
• Skills in automating security controls (vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, secret management, policy as code)
• Experience in managing and protecting distributed systems in production
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on security hardening
• Experience with cloud environments and secure infrastructures
• Ability to collaborate with ML, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure end-to-end security
• Knowledge of application and infrastructural security best practices
• Proactive approach, oriented towards risk prevention and continuous improvement
