DevSecOps / Azure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps / Azure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure, cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure. This role will be instrumental in driving secure DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and enterprise-grade API platform modernization, with a strong focus on Azure API Management (APIM) . The ideal candidate combines deep Azure architecture expertise with strong DevSecOps capabilities, ensuring security by design, scale, and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure, aligning with industry best practices and organizational security policies. * Lead the adoption of DevSecOps principles and practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Architect and implement API platforms using Azure API Management (APIM), ensuring secure access, governance, and monitoring. * Define and enforce security standards, guidelines, and best practices for Azure environments. * Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security into the entire software development lifecycle. * Automate security testing and vulnerability scanning throughout the CI/CD pipeline. * Implement and manage security tools and services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Key Vault. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Azure services and security best practices. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies, security threats, and industry trends. * Participate in security incident response and remediation efforts. * Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, Azure Architect, or a similar role, with a focus on cloud security. * Deep understanding of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and identity. * Strong experience with Azure API Management (APIM). * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar. * Solid understanding of security best practices, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response. * Experience with security tools and services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Key Vault. * Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python). * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Relevant certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent, are a plus. **Bonus Points:** * Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with serverless computing. * Experience with microservices architecture. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health benefits * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment
