DevOps/Platform Engineer (DevSecOps)

Job Description: DevOps/Platform Engineer — Previews CI/CD Secrets Own feature-branch previews, CI/CD pipelines, environment parity, observability, and HIPAA-ready security hygiene under a shared responsibility model. You’ll enable safe, reliable, and efficient deployment workflows while empowering engineers to ship confidently. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines. Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems. Manage and secure our cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Automate and streamline processes. Participate in on-call rotations. Implement and maintain security best practices (DevSecOps). Technologies and Skills You’ll Need Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Strong understanding of security best practices. Strong understanding of networking concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points Experience with HIPAA compliance. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
