DevOps Team Lead

Cross Border Talents is actively looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our client. Our client is fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with different office locations in Europe and Africa. Our client builds digital platforms that supports young women. Our client has a fast-paced, informal, and friendly work environment. As a DevOps Team Lead you will be responsible for managing and leading the team as well as being able to follow management tasks. Responsibilities: Coordinating the DevOps team, ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, quality assurance engineers, and operations teams; Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources; Collaborating with other departments to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives; Providing technical guidance and support to team members; Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously; Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; Identifying and mitigating risks and potential issues; Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead or similar role; Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools; Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure; Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
