DevOps / Platform Engineer (m/w/d)

We operate and improve an existing AWS/EKS platform, where we reliably and securely deliver our products for the energy transition. You ensure that teams can quickly and stably deliver (EKS/CI/CD), that we always know what's happening in operation (Observability), and that our infrastructure and organization are structured towards ISO 27001 maturity.

Your Mission:

Our existing AWS platform stabilize, continuously harden, and deliberately develop: Simplify delivery to EKS, technically anchor Security/Compliance Controls (ISO 27001), and securely administer Identity/Endpoints via Windows/Entra ID.

Aufgaben

You take over (depending on the focus) u.a.:

• Platform operation & development (Terraform/OpenTofu): Standardization/modularization, drift handling, secure defaults, cost guardrails
• EKS platform maintenance: Cluster/add-on upgrades, secure configurations, capacity/performance, runbooks, and operational processes
• Deployments to EKS (Helm/Helmfile): Overlays per environment, templates, release strategies (e.g. rolling/blue-green where applicable), secret handling
• Observability & Alerting: SLI/SLO definition, dashboards, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager or CloudWatch), alarm fatigue reduction, on-call hygiene
• ISO 27001 Readiness: Controls mapping infrastructure/Organization, hardening, access reviews, backup/DR tests, change management automation, and comprehensible evidence
• Identity & Device Admin: Windows AD / Entra ID (Conditional Access, Privileged Access Workflows), policies (GPO/MDM/Intune if in scope), endpoint standards
• Enablement: Improve developer experience (Self-Service, Templates, Doku), pragmatic standards with the team define
