About the Role Are you a forward-thinking and pragmatic Development Operations Manager who can lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers distributed across three product development locations? This role combines people management with technical expertise to drive the adoption of cloud-based technologies, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our developer infrastructure tooling, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to drive the adoption of cloud-based technologies, automation, and CI/CD pipelines across three product development locations. • Develop and maintain our developer infrastructure tooling to ensure seamless collaboration between teams. • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and tools. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product development leaders, IT teams, and other business units.
