Responsibilities

  • You plan and coordinate Salesforce releases and hotfixes across different environments.
  • You act at the interface between development, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • You coordinate the deployment of Salesforce metadata, code, and configurations.
  • You understand technical release content, question it, and recognize potential risks early on.
  • You define and establish DevOps standards, branching strategies, and quality gates.
  • You further develop existing CI/CD and release processes and build internal DevOps know-how.

Qualifications

  • Several years of Salesforce experience in the core clouds; in-depth knowledge of Financial Services Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
  • You impress either with your technical background, for example as a Salesforce Developer, and your feel for technical challenges, or with experience in the organizational management of deployment and release processes.
  • You understand Salesforce architectures and can classify, question, and discuss technical content with development teams at eye level.
  • You have experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and common CI/CD tools.
  • You work in a structured, proactive manner and maintain an overview even with complex releases.
  • You communicate confidently with different teams and stakeholders and have very good German language skills at at least C1 level.

Benefits

  • A modern work environment with flexible working hours and mobile working, up to almost full remote work, awaits you.
  • You receive 30 days of vacation + Christmas and New Year's Eve off.
  • Your personal and professional development is actively supported.
  • In addition, you benefit from pension provisions, corporate benefits, bike leasing, as well as free parking and good public transport connections.
  • Depending on the location, a subsidized company canteen and regional offers for childcare during school holidays are available to you.

Through our direct cooperation, we guarantee you a fast and transparent application process.
