Location: Remote or Office (you decide)
Working hours: Flexible, full-time
Start: As soon as you're ready
Kosmetik is our origin – but our code is what really shines.A first glance, our company appears like a classic cosmetics company – well-groomed, professional, and with a hint of elegance. But behind the scenes, we're currently working on an extensive IT project: The entire technological foundation will be re-conceptualized and implemented. We're modernizing our entire software architecture – and you have the chance to actively shape this technological transformation.
We're rebuilding our entire software landscape – and you can help shape it.
- An international B2C shop in 13 countries
- A B2B system for several countries
- Microsites and admin interfaces
- Everything will be brought together in a central, modern system – distributed across various regions & cloud environments
As a DevOps Engineer, that means: You'll have the opportunity to take responsibility and set real technical impulses.
- You're responsible for the cloud infrastructure and ensure everything runs scalable, reliable, and secure
- You work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation of infrastructure and processes
- You make sure our systems run stably and performantly in multiple cloud environments worldwide
- You develop monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify problems
- You work in a team without story points, without T-shirt size estimates, and – attention, hold on – without daily standups
What you should bring:
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud – you know them all)
- Fundamental knowledge of automation of infrastructure and processes (CI/CD, Terraform, Cloudformation etc.)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- You're familiar with monitoring, logging, and error handling in a cloud environment
- You're solution-oriented, proactive, and have no fear of challenges
What you'll get (except applause from the team):
- Home office or office – your choice
- Flexible working hours – you work when you're most productive
- Technical freedom – bring in new ideas, tools, and solutions
- Jobrad? We have it. But nobody needs to know.
- Fruit basket & beverages – the Hello World of benefits
- Occupational health management – so you don't just maintain your system
- And: An engaged team that sets itself up for our shared goals with conviction.
