DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Tasks

• You will actively further develop our internal IT and development infrastructure together with our DevOps team.
• You will support the operation and expansion of our build-, test- and deployment-pipelines, as well as the underlying cloud- and system landscapes.
• You will automate recurring processes and continuously develop our toolchain and internal workflows.
• You will support topics around Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and IT Security.
• You will implement and further develop our ISO27001 requirements and security measures.
• You will coordinate the procurement, setup, and management of hardware for new and existing employees.
• You will support colleagues in technical questions about workplace hardware and internal IT processes. You bring your own ideas and help build pragmatic and scalable structures for our further growth.

Qualification

• A completed education or degree in a technical or IT-related field.
• Experience in the DevOps, system administration, or IT operations area.
• Knowledge in at least one of the areas CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, or IT security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally with device or user management.
• A pleasure in structuring, automating, and sustainably building processes.
• A secure handling of scripting languages or automation tools.
• Ideal experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, or AWS.
• A pragmatic hands-on mentality - you also reliably handle operational topics like hardware management.
• A structured and self-responsible working style, as well as high reliability.
• Pleasure in teamwork, direct communication, and an open feedback culture.
