DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Role

You want to manage Pipelines, but also shape modern CI/CD architectures?

You move confidently in container-based platform environments, think in stable Build- and Deployment processes, and want to take responsibility where automation, platform architecture, and software development come together?

We'll assign you a central technical role in challenging IT projects within the regulated banking sector – with real design freedom.

Tasks

• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung moderner CI/CD-Strukturen
• Automatisierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozessen
• Implementierung und Optimierung containerbasierter Plattformarchitekturen
• Integration von Build-, Test- und Qualitätssicherungswerkzeugen in bestehende Toolchains
• Analyse und nachhaltige Stabilisierung bestehender Pipeline-Landschaften
• Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungsteams
• Durchführung von Workshops und Wissenstransfer im DevOps-Umfeld

Qualification

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im CI/CD- bzw. DevOps-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in GitLab CI/CD oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Docker sowie Kubernetes oder OpenShift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Build-Tools (z.B. Maven, Gradle, npm)
• Kenntnisse in Bash und/oder Python
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
