Aufgaben

Deine Mission

As DevOps Engineer (m/w/d), you are part of a DevOps Squad. You ensure that applications are stable, automated, and deployable. For this, you work closely with development teams and develop platform- and operational processes continuously further in a challenging environment (e.g., High-Tech and Security-near).

Your tasks include:

• You are part of our Application Software Platform team and realize with us the build-up of our container-based customer platforms as well as our development platforms.
• The implementation and evaluation of DevOps strategies and processes is familiar to you.
• You have experience in collaboration with development teams for integrating DevOps practices into the software development cycle.
• You create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automating software builds and deployments, bringing valuable experiences along.
• Maintenance and further development of Linux- and Windows-based environments and platform services
• Automating with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Inventories) and corresponding scripting per system
• Participation in Kubernetes environments (Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps/Secrets, Troubleshooting, and Rollouts), depending on the project and prior experience
• Participation in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) including deployments and rollbacks
• Container topics (Docker) as well as monitoring/logging and fault analysis
• Patching, hardening, secrets handling, and clean documentation

Qualifikation

Dein Profil
You should definitely bring the following knowledge and skills along:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Experience in DevOps, System Engineering, or IT operations with a focus on automation
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows and solid troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Ansible and Git, CI/CD understanding
• Practical experience in Kubernetes
• Container basics (Docker)
• Structured working style and team ability
• Nice to have: Terraform, Packer, Bash/Python/PowerShell, security fundamentals
