Your Mission
We are looking for you as a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) at the Dresden location (hybrid).
Your tasks will include:

• As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the development of IT platforms for maritime applications

• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of virtualization and container solutions for development and testing environments

• You will be responsible for the implementation and evaluation of DevOps strategies and processes

• You will work closely with development teams and integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle

• You will create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the automation of software builds and deployments

• You will create reusable templates, components, and modules according to best practices

Your Profile
You should definitely bring the following knowledge and skills:

• You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering

• You have very good C++ skills and can demonstrate at least 10 years of professional experience

• You are part of our Application Software Platform team and will help us build our container-based customer platforms and our development platforms

• You are familiar with the implementation and evaluation of DevOps strategies and processes

• You have experience in collaborating with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle

• You have experience in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for the automation of software builds and deployments

• Excellent German oral and written communication skills are required for effective communication in the project environment as well as with our German-speaking clients
