Job description
Summary The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the entire software development lifecycle – from application integration through operation to maintenance and further development. In collaboration with the product team, you actively contribute to functional and technical configurations and develop solutions for production problems. The automation of complex IT landscapes and the assurance of business-critical services are also central activities. Tasks: Support of the entire software development lifecycle. Responsibility for applications in collaboration with the product team. Accompanying production deployments and analysis of disturbances. Carrying out targeted measures in case of errors. Automation and optimization of processes and components. Introduction and operation of container-based platforms. Support for product teams in the transformation to DevOps working methods. Requirements: Understanding of Software Defined IT (Ansible) Understanding of deployment strategies and evaluation of runtime environments. Knowledge of load and performance testing procedures. Configuration of DevOps pipelines, Continuous Integration and Delivery. Experience in handling Kubernetes and related technologies. Linux knowledge (CentOS/Redhat). Java development. Architecture knowledge. Nice to Haves: Kubernetes (OnPremise, GCP...) Shell Scripting Ansible Docker Python Helm Terraform Drupal Further Details The workload is 5 days per week, with a remote component of 2 days per week. We look forward to your application!
