Job description

The systems digital manager is in charge of managing military computer and network systems. He ensures the availability of essential numerical tools for air operations, logistics, or command. Expert in computer science, cybersecurity, and network architecture, he defines priorities, validates critical updates, and intervenes in case of cyberattack or major failure. He also supports deployed units in France or overseas (OPEX).

A salary equal between men and women at the same post and hierarchical level.

To start your career as a systems digital manager, the job includes :

- Initial military training is 12 weeks at the Air School in Salon-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) ;
- Professional training differs according to specialties.

You will follow a paid training
After passing the entry tests, you are fully integrated into the army's personnel and benefit from your full salary during the entire training period until obtaining the required certifications to start your job as a linguist.

The Air Force Strategic Command (CFAS) is responsible for implementing and preparing the air component of nuclear deterrence. It prepares, in particular, employment plans and operational directives and ensures the operational capacity of nuclear forces and associated telecommunications.

You are responsible for :

* Setting up and maintaining continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines ;

* Setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems ;

* Managing and automating infrastructure via infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) ;

* Ensuring containerization and orchestration of applications (Docker, Kubernetes) ;

* Ensuring the management and configuration of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) ;

* Collaborating with development teams to improve processes and reduce time-to-market

* Supervising and maintaining production and pre-production environments

* Optimizing performance, security, and resilience of IT systems.

DIPLOME-FORMATION :

· You justify a Bac +3 or equivalent ;

· Young graduate, with or without professional experience.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCES REQUIRED :

* Mastery of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes));
* Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Experience in Linux/Unix and system administration ;
* Scripting (Python, Bash, GO).
